Pune: Knight Frank India, in its latest assessment, reported that in November 2025 14,234 property registrations were recorded, with stamp duty collections touching INR 565 crores. (Pune Property Registrations November 2025)

Property registrations increased by 6% YoY, while revenue collections increased by 19% YoY in the same period. On a month-on-month (MoM) basis, registrations were up 12% while stamp duty collections observed a 7% growth.

Pune Property Registrations November 2025 witnessed steady growth, with the city recording 14,234 registered properties during the month, according to the latest assessment by Knight Frank India.

Stamp duty collections reached ₹565 crore, marking a 6% year-on-year increase in registrations and a 19% rise in revenue compared to the same period last year.

On a month-on-month basis, Pune property registrations increased by 12%, while stamp duty collections grew by 7%, underlining the resilience of the residential real estate market even after the festive season peak earlier in the year.

Pune Property Registrations November 2025 Drive Strong Year-to-Date Performance

Between January and November 2025, Pune recorded a total of 173,578 property registrations, generating ₹6,675 crore in stamp duty revenue.

This represents the highest level of registrations and collections for the first eleven months of a year over the past four years. Compared to the same period in 2024, registrations grew marginally by 0.5%, while revenue collections increased by 3%.

Knight Frank India noted that demand remained broadly stable across residential segments, supported by a balanced mix of affordable, mid-income, and premium housing transactions.

Pune Property Registrations November 2025: Dominance of Homes Priced Below ₹1 Crore

Homes priced below ₹1 crore continued to dominate Pune’s residential transactions in November 2025, accounting for 85% of total registrations.

Properties in the ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore bracket saw an increase in share, while homes priced above ₹1 crore maintained a stable 15% share, indicating sustained interest in higher-value properties.

Pune Property Registrations November 2025: Larger Apartment Sizes Remain in Demand

The preference for larger homes remained steady throughout November 2025. Apartments sized between 500 and 800 sq ft accounted for 46% of total transactions, while homes above 800 sq ft continued to hold a 29% share.

Units under 500 sq ft saw a marginal decline, reflecting evolving buyer preferences towards more spacious living.

Central Pune Leads Residential Transactions

Central Pune, comprising Haveli Taluka, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), accounted for 66% of residential transactions in November 2025.

West Pune followed with a 15% share, while North, South, and East Pune collectively contributed 18% of total registrations.

Commenting on the performance, Shishir Baijal, Chairman and Managing Director, Knight Frank India, said that Pune’s housing market has continued to demonstrate steady momentum in 2025, supported by broad-based demand across ticket sizes, apartment configurations, and micro-markets, with year-to-date registrations and revenues reaching a four-year high.
